Required Systems has launched a Cloud version of its systems for Care for the Elderly and Domiciliary Care.

The Cow is in Heaven!! Well the Clouds.

Required Systems has launched a Cloud version of its systems for Care for the Elderly and Domiciliary Care. The Cow has taken off enabling users to make use of many new features in Real Time. Forms will auto populate service users details, be flexible, searchable and updates will not overwrite existing material already stored.

The new Cloud version can be used on PCs and tablets. When using a tablet you will be able to deliver care face to face, look up care plans, add any actions, search for any information relating to the service user, photograph any incidents (bed sores, injuries etc.)

The new Cloud version will enable you to generate reports on Incident/ accident, staff training, appointments and many more.

Whilst the system is Cloud based there are occasions when connection may be poor or drop, you will still be able to use the system in real time as your actions will be stored on your tablet until you are back on line and will then back up your input.

As with our existing systems the new Cloud version is very easy to use, the management will be able to restrict every member of staff to only have access to the parts of the system that are necessary for them to deliver their role.

As CQC and Local Authorities are becoming more active in the regulation of Care, we believe that our New Cloud based system will enable you to deliver Quality Compliance and improve your record keeping. One of the major failures that CQC reports highlight.

Our new Cloud system will enable managers to know at any time from almost anywhere what is happening. For organisations with two or more locations the potential to save time and improve the level of care is Sky High.

We are very excited about our new systems BUT still have our feet on the ground!

Our new Cloud systems start at £25.00 per month, you probably spend more on your photocopier; please call me to find out how we can put your care business on high.
